Millennium Circuits sets itself apart from “most” CEM’s with very high technology assembly
practices. From a SMT clean room atmosphere to semiconductor packaging of 0.4mm
spacing/ 0.25mm balls, micro-BGA’s, Flip Chip BGA’s, chip and wire semiconductor packaging,
and chip on board techniques. The Company will provide for IPC-A-610 Class I-II-III+ assembly
